Shipping Policy

We require 1 full business day to ship. Additionally, some products come with a longer lead times to ship (see product descriptions). Orders received on Friday may be shipped out the following Monday morning.

USPS Domestic Shipping

Please allow 3 days to 1 week transit time.

International Shipping

Please allow 2-3 weeks transit time.

Return & Exchange Policy

You can return any item you buy from us for a refund. The item must be completely unopened, brand new, unused, and not damaged. If the packaging has been opened we are unable to provide a refund or exchange. Please do not open the packaging.

For technical support, please contact the manufacturer directly per their request and direction.

You have 5 days beginning the date of delivery to request a return. You are responsible for the return shipping.

International orders are not eligible for exchange.
